Two hours with Cheryl:
A foot bath to symbolically wash away the attachments
that we have made over several life times which prevent us
from feeling peace in our hearts and minds
and the anointing of the feet with essential oils to heal those scars
Simple dinner provided
Day Two
Weather permitting, early morning walk with Cheryl for an hour
Simple breakfast provided
Session 2
With Cheryl from 11 a.m. ~ 1 p.m.:
We look at The Healthy You
and how you can be supported by the healthiness of your close relationships
This will help you to resolve the issue at hand
Lunch:
With Cheryl at local restaurant
Afternoon:
Homework, resting, reading, writing and listening to music
Dinner:
On your own with your choice of food

Discover what your needs really are, to help you remain healthy in mind, body and spirit
Lunch:
With Cheryl at local restaurant
Afternoon:
Homework, resting, reading, writing and listening to music
Dinner:
On your own with your choice of food

Weather permitting, early morning walk with Cheryl for an hour

as part of your daily 15 minutes of morning quiet time.
